1. Description of the Service

Diş Hekimi AI (the "App") is an informational tool that provides AI-assisted GENERAL INFORMATION and EDUCATIONAL content about oral and dental health. The service is provided and the App is operated by DENTORAMA SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, a limited liability company incorporated in Türkiye (tax no. 2920605602, Beykoz Corporate Tax Office, MERSIS 0292060560200013, trade registry no. 748222-0). Address: Kavacık Mah. Fatih Sultan Mehmet Cad. No: 38 B Blok Kat: 2, 34810 Beykoz / Istanbul, Türkiye.

The App is NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE and not a medical device; it does not provide diagnosis, treatment plans, or prescriptions. All content is for general information and educational purposes only.

2. Not a Medical Service — Disclaimer (Important)

Information provided by the App IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT and does not replace examination by a dentist. Do not make medical decisions based on its responses.

Always consult a licensed dentist for diagnosis and treatment. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If you enter information on behalf of a child, you do so as a parent/guardian and under your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the App only for lawful purposes. Uploading another person’s data without permission, abusing the system, automated abuse, or exploiting vulnerabilities is prohibited.

You are responsible for the content you upload and the accuracy of the information you provide.

5. Fees and Purchases

The App is free to download. All features in the mobile app are currently free; AI information is provided with a daily query limit.

If a paid feature is offered in the mobile app in the future, payment will be taken solely via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store / Google Play, and the price, scope and refund terms will be shown clearly in the app before purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, logo, design, and content belong to DENTORAMA SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ or its licensors and may not be copied without prior written permission. Images you upload belong to you; we process them only to provide the service (see Privacy Policy).

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is given as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated information, and no liability is accepted for indirect damages. This does not affect your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

8. Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable EU law and the law of the provider’s place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions. As a consumer, you retain the protections of your country of residence.
